Father's Day Weekend 2013!

Oh Hello Monday! I'm so glad to see you, said no one ever! I do have a 4 day week this week so I really cannot complain. This weekend was great! Lots of time with Family and a friends birthday! Our bird feeder is rocking right now! There are so many animals coming to visit, the good kind that is. Birds, butterflies and squirrels!! 

Framboise Friday, this is starting to become a tradition!!  I will have to find a way to keep this going while on vacation!

Free Press Summer Fest Day 1

This weekend was Free Press Summer Fest!!

A 2 day Houston concert festival!

Am I tired today, yes

Did I lose my credit card, yes

Did it get hot, yes

Am I mad at Bassnectar for not playing Lights, yes

Would I do this festival all over..... ABSOLUTELY!!

1. I'm crazy excited about Free Press Summer Fest this weekend!! This is my first year, in years past I always have had plans. I'm really looking forward to rocking out all weekend! 

2. These shorts!! I will most def be rocking these this weekend.  I'm a sucker for anything beaded!

3. I'm looking forward to seeing all of these cuties tomorrow morning! Love my little cousins!

4. My hometown was once again featured in the Texas Monthly magazine for having great BBQ!!! HOLLA!!

5.  Having something cold and refreshing with a few leaves from our mint plant!

Memorial Day Weekend 2013

I wish I could push rewind on this weekend!!  Friday Greg and I had a Gatsby date night! I have been waiting to see this movie for awhile now, you can read this post about it! We decided on Hearsay Gastro Lounge Downtown.  We had some libations and then went to the movies!

The movie was great! It also followed the book so well!
Saturday Greg's cousin got married

Forget the suit and tie! It's all about the black tie and BOOTS!

Sunday  We went to our friends lake house!

Monday  We spent time with both of our families and relaxed at home.

 After months of waiting my mums bloomed!
